To make purchases through the website address, the Customer only needs to register once. This can be done in two ways:

  1. Log in at the top, add your purchases to the cart and checkout,
    2. Add your purchases to the cart and only when you finish your purchase log in.


The registration is done by filling an online registration form on the site itself in which will be requested the name, contacts, VAT and billing and delivery data.

When registering the Customer should choose a username and password to access the reserved area of the website. At the end of the procedure an email is sent automatically to the mailbox designated by the Customer, with confirmation of registration, information on use and a link to proceed to final activation of registration. After this last step, the Customer may use the reserved area of the website to make online purchases, and may at any time change the data previously entered or change their access codes.

The data collected in the inscription and registration are considered confidential and will be treated in accordance with the legislation in force and other conditions expressed in the Privacy Policy of the company. At any time the Customer may access their data, request corrections or its elimination from the database.




To start the Buying/Ordering process the Customer will browse the site to view the different products. These are initially presented by categories and collections, and then an individual product is chosen. A detailed description is presented on the product page, containing express information about the precious metal or metals that constitute the articles with precious metal, the respective rings, their weight, as well as the type of gemological materials that adorn them and all the information considered essential for the Customer, including good resolution images.

According to the Customer's choice, the products will then be added to a cart, using the online shopping option: add to my cart. Several products can be added to the cart before the order is placed. At the end of this choice, the Customer should access his cart to complete the order process. This will take place in four simple steps: in the first step you should confirm the list of articles chosen and confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions of use; in the next step you will be asked to confirm the billing data and delivery address (it is possible to set a delivery address different from that indicated in the initial registration), you can also write comments or information about your order; in the next step, the customer should choose the payment method; in the last step the data entered is presented and the payment action is requested. You will receive a message confirming the completion of the process.

The final confirmation of the order by the User is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale as well as these Terms and Conditions which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded




Prices are indicated in euros (€), including VAT at the legal rate in force on the date of payment of the order.

If there is an increase in the price of a product during the order process, the Customer will be informed immediately and may choose to receive his order (making the payment of the difference) or to proceed to its cancellation.





MISSIAN JEWELLERY makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and conformity of the website, there may technically be the possibility of errors in prices, spelling or descriptions, and therefore all orders are checked, but still reserves the right to freely change its contents, particularly offers, prices or product features, at any time and without notice. If the information published on the website is not correct, we will contact you by email to rectify the inaccuracy and confirm that you wish to keep the order.




Orders received in the online store are subject to existing stock, indicated in the publication itself on the product page, and in case of lack of stock we will contact the customer to suggest alternatives or inform the delivery time.

In case of custom made pieces, delivery times will be agreed upon previously with the customer.




Missian Jewellery's online store provides its customers with the following payment methods:

  • MBway
  • Bank transfer.
