Exchanges and Returns
The Client may within maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order by the consumer, upon prior communication to the email email@example.com, proceed to return any broken parts or parts in poor condition, always mentioning the order number, invoice and your tax number.
The item must always be returned in its original box and unmarked, in the same condition as it was sent, and from the same address as delivered by CTT to the address: Rua Outeiro do Guincho, 3 2750-643 Cascais, Portugal, ensuring proof of transport,
as MISSIAN JEWELLERY shall not be liable in the event of loss, in which case MISSIAN JEWELLERY accepts no liability for this fact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of MISSIAN JEWELLERY.
The customer may, within 60 days, return his piece for exchange for another one or other pieces of the same or higher value.
To this end, the return should be informed by e-mail to the address firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the email, the customer should invoke "Exchange" always mentioning the order number, invoice and your taxpayer number.
The item must always be returned in its original box and unmarked, along with the invoice.
The costs of returning the order invoking "Exchange" are the responsibility of the customer.
When returning the item, you must ensure proof of its transport and delivery, as MISSIAN JEWELLERY will not be held responsible in the event of loss.
In the event of loss, MISSIAN JEWELLERY accepts no liability whatsoever.
